A List of High Protein Foods

High protein foods that burn belly fat
and increase metabolism quickly!

Here’s a list of high protein foods – 28 of them that I think are worth mentioning if you interesting in losing tummy fat fast.

Not getting enough protein in your diet slows your metabolism down and a slow metabolism increases fat storage.

Foods high in protein, on the other hand, can often be low calorie foods that speed up metabolism quickly and naturally.

That’s why I’ve always recommended a low carb, high protein diet to lose belly fat. Low carb foods typically tend to be low calorie foods as well.

Ok, let's now get to this list of high protein foods I promised you!



LIST OF HIGH PROTEIN FOODS

Most meat, fish, eggs, dairy products, legumes and nuts all have substantial amounts of protein and will help to increase metabolism naturally.

BEEF

Most meats and fish are high protein, low carb foods. They contain approximately 6-7 grams of protein per ounce cooked.
