Here’s 3 more great juicer recipes that are particularly helpful for women.
They can easily be prepared and used as a meal replacement too!
Recipe # 4 is wonderful; it’s one of the best juicing recipes for PMS and pre menopause symptoms.
Recipes # 5 and # 6 are great for helping you to reduce belly fat.
Recipe # 4
This recipe acts as a powerful internal cleanser because it contains both chicory and fennel.
Fennel contains phytoestrogens (plant hormones). Phytoestrogens act as a natural hormone replacement therapy and help prevent bone loss, so it’s a wonderful juicer recipe for menopause.
Chicory stimulates liver and kidney function, so it’s also really effective for easing the bloating that often accompanies our menses during peri-menopause.
Carrots are popular alkaline foods known to have a cleansing effect on the body.
1 head of Chicory
½ bulb of Fennel
2 apples, with skin
2 carrots, unpeeled, top removed

Recipe # 5
Radishes stimulate the liver and are also known to stimulate the gall bladder and ramp up the release of bile making them a really effective fat buster.
Parsley is known for its diuretic action and is one the high alkaline foods list.
When mixed with carrots, this little concoction has a bit of a bite, but makes for a great detoxifying belly fat juice recipe!
5 Carrots
Handful of parsley (to taste)
4-5 Radishes, with skin
(You can substitute parsley with 5-6 dandelion leaves – same benefit.)
Recipe # 6 – Smoothie/Dip
This juicer recipe makes a thick smoothie that can be used as a meal replacement. It’s nourishing, filling, tasty and is low in calories.
Or if you add more low fat cottage cheese to thicken it you can make it into a vegetable dip instead!
Try slicing up carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, fennel, celery or peppers. Very versatile and simple to make!

Some of my favorite vegetables for juicing are spinach, cucumbers and celery. Herbs like parsley, mint and lemon balm add that ‘zing’ as well as pack a powerful nutritional punch.
