High protein foods are extremely effective for increasing metabolism naturally. If you want to REALLY jump start a sluggish, slow metabolism make a point to include foods high in protein with every meal. It’s one of the best things you can do to lose belly fat fast. Ladies, I can personally attest to that, because these are some of the types of foods that I included in my weight loss diet daily along with an
exercise program.

I achieved great results when I eliminated white carbs (white sugar, white bread, pasta, white rice)! That’s pretty significant in my view!

How Much Protein Should You Eat Daily?
Try to pack your biggest protein punch first thing in the morning. It kick starts your metabolism and keeps it revved up all day. A nutritious,
