GREAT Website For Women Who Want to Lose Belly Fat!

I really love your sensible approach and I'm learning so much more by reading your website. Keep up the good works!

I really admire the good advice you give to women like me who are over 40 years. old. I am 53 years old and so many of us women are working so hard to lose the extra weight and belly fat.

Sometimes it feels like it's impossible, so your good advice and tips have been very helpful and good for me and for my friends who I have told about your great website.

Since reading your tips to lose belly fat I have made sure to eat more high protein foods and not as much high carbo foods plus I drink protein smoothies every day too and pick more foods from the low gi food list.

I also am starting to exercise almost every day. I walk every day with my dogs and I bought an Amazon DVD and do light weight exercises with it.

I have noticed a big difference already after only 2 weeks and I plan to continue because it's working! What you say about how to lose belly fat is so true and it is working for me.

So, I just wanted to say thank you and to tell you that I think you have a great website.

You should also write a book for women on losing belly fat. You can call it How to Lose Your Belly Fat Blues!
