Fat Burning Recipes from The Diet Solution Program
Stuffed Peppers Ingredients: - 6-8 sweet bell peppers (green, orange, red or yellow)
- 2 (4 oz.) cans diced green chilies
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup cilantro, finely chopped
- ½ cup onion, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
In a medium sized bowl, mix diced chilies with turkey, cilantro, onion, cumin, chili powder and salt. Cut the tops off of the peppers and set aside. Place peppers in an 11 by 7 inch baking dish. Stuff the peppers with the turkey mixture; place tops on peppers to close. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. |
Almond Crusted Chicken Ingredients: - 1 egg white
- 3 teaspoons water
- 6 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breast, pounded thin
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds, coarsely chopped
- Celtic sea salt and pepper to taste
Whisk egg white, water, salt, and pepper in small bowl. Dip the chicken breast into the egg mixture and dredge in almonds. Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly coat with unrefined coconut oil. Saute chicken on one side over medium heat for 3 minutes. Turn and cook for an additional 3 to 4 minutes, until cooked through. |

Two Fat Burning Recipes from Prograde
Prograde Pancakes Ingredients: - 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 scoops
Prograde Protein
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 2 1/2 c. skim milk
- 3 egg whites
- 1/4 c. oil
- 2 tbsp. wheat germ
- 2 tbsp. cornmeal
- 4 tbsp. bran
Heat skillet or griddle to 375 degrees. In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix until large lumps disappear. Pour about 1/4 cup batter into hot skillet. Turn pancakes when edges look cooked and bubbles begin break on surface. |
